Looking for a chef to prepare food for two evening parties. One night they are thinking a curry or something similar and the other night a selection of salads and meats/fish. This could either be a job for a caterer to come on the evening with food prepped or for someone to prep the food with them. They can provide accommodation on the Friday evening if you are coming from further but not the Saturday. Open to suggestions re. daily rate or price per head.
23rd July – 31st July – Marazion, Cornwall
Cook wanted for 9 adults for a Holiday at a family home in Cornwall. Picnic lunches and two course dinners. A car is not necessary as they can arrange pick up from Penzance station if you don’t have a car.
20th-28th August – near Bordeaux – cook and assistant needed for group of 10
A couple are needed to cater for a group of 10 for a house in the countryside near Bordeaux this August. Separate accommodation provided near the house. Would need to be able to drive a rented car in France. Breakfast is continental – pastries from the local patisserie, yoghurt, fruit. Lunches, salads, quiches, tuna nicoise..Dinner with nibbles and three courses. The have some game from the estate (wild boar, vension) in the freezer which would be nice a couple of evenings. The couple would need to work together to lay and clear the tables. The table needs to be laid and presented nicely with flowers etc. The kitchen is open plan so would need to be comfortable with guests being around the kitchen and keep eveything clean and tidy as they go.

Looking for someone to help with evening meals for a family of five. Five teenagers including one vegetarian. This could either be a couple of drop offs during the week or cooking at the house daily. Weekend chef for lovely cafe in Hampshire between Winchester and Basingstoke
A relatively new cafe are looking for a weekend chef to prepare there brunch menu to order on a Saturday and Sunday. The cafe is only open at the moment Thursday – Sunday but they would potentially open it for longer if you could do more days in the week so this could be a lovely role to grow into and get experience in a cafe kitchen cooking fresh, seasonal food to order. Hours are 9-4. They also do some pop-ups and private events so again if you would like to help with this it would be great experience and a way to pick up some more work if you would like it. Would need a car due to location.

Looking for a housekeeper/cook for a full time role. Monday-Friday, 9am-7pm. Cooking will be simple, healthy, fresh food for the principal – lunch and dinner. There are two children in residence during school holidays when food would be more family oriented – cakes, snacks, asian food, Sunday roasts… Occasional formal dinner. On the housekeeping side you will be working alongside a full time housekeeper. Your main role will be to keep the kitchen clean, tidy and well stocked as well as look after two family dogs, including daily walks. Other jobs would include, flower arranging, silver polishing, ironing, general cleaning and to support the other housekeeper when needed.
