Gloucester - Term Time ongoing

We are looking for one or two cooks to possibly do a job share and cook weekday dinners for a family of 6 people in Gloucester.  You would be required to work Monday to Friday for approximately three hours each day preparing a simple, nutritious family meal. 

London, Regent's Park - Full-Time Position

A cook is needed by a London businessman to prepare daily lunches and dinners at his house near Regent's Park.  They would need to work 12-3 and 6-10pm approximately 5 days per week and there might be occasional weekend work when entertaining.  The client would like a healthy 2-3 course meal prepared usually just for him, but on occasion for his wife and two grown-up children.  There would also be some business lunches for up to 6 people and dinner parties up to 12 people.  Salary negotiable.

Antwerp, Belgium September ongoing

A family in Belgium are looking for a cook who can help with the childcare for their 8 year old daughter.  The family have a full time housekeeper and two older sons at boarding school but are looking for someone who can cook breakfast and dinner for their daughter and them in the evenings.  There will be some driving required on occasion and babysitting.  The family live in the city during the week and you would have a day and a half off during the week and then travel to their country house with them at the weekends.  Their daughter is at school every day and has lots of after school activities.  They would offer good accommodation and you would be required to work from early September until mid December. They would then go skiing and you could return home for Christmas and New Year before returning in January.  Please enquire as soon as possible if you are interested.

A cook is needed to provide a specialist paella dish for a wedding party of 60 people.  They would need to produce a tapas starter and a veggie paella alternative as main course. You would need to provide the equipment.

4th June, Leicestershire 2011

We need a chef to cater for a small wedding next summer to follow this brief: It would be for 35 guests  with two options for starters - one of which would be soup, a roast of some description for main course with a vegetarian option.  There would not be any pudding as there is wedding cake.  They would aim to be sitting down to eat at 1.30pm-2pm.  It is a rented venue with a large kitchen to prep in and the clients would like to keep costs down by buying in the food themselves. We are essentially looking for a chef and two waiting staff to be able to plate up and serve the wedding party.

London Private Family Cook, Knightsbridge ASAP

We are looking for a cook to work for a couple in London starting as soon as possible. you would prepare a number of lunch and dinners at their house and prepare casual meals as well as excellent dinner party standard food for when they entertain which is frequently. You must be able to cook a number of different cuisines and be adaptable if numbers change.  Pay would be in the region of £22 per hour.

Full time Private Family Chef, Kensington, London

We are looking for a top class chef to take over as Head Chef in a large London house. You would be required to work 5 days per work producing lunches, business lunches and dinners for the family as well as for their guests when entertaining. They like a variety of cuisine including Oriental and Japanese food. Pay appropriate to experience in the region of £50,000 per annum.  This is a live-out position.

Islay, Scotland Late August until Spring 2011

We are looking for a head chef to work at this privately owned boutique hotel on the Western Coast of Scotland. You would be cooking for up to 60 covers and offer a good fresh approach to traditional English cooking. You would also need to be able to run a kitchen with responsibility for budgets, stock control and such like.  Accommodation would be provided and there may be opportunity for a couple. 

Meribel Ski Season Job 

We are looking for a bright and bubbly couple to take on cooking and housekeeping duties at a lovely privately owned chalet in Meribel. You must have previous chalet experience.  There would be a maximum of ten guests and you would live at the chalet. The package of £200 per week per person includes all the usual flights, accommodation, passes and hire. Tips and bonuses are paid on top.
